I have an older Olympus 2500 which uses CF and SM. Only 2.5 MP but takes good pictures.
I recently researched and bought a Panasonic, with 5MP and Leica lens. I believe the model is Lumix FHC 20 or something like that. It has a lot of nice features and a great lens. This camera uses SD media only. |

I use an Olympus E-20 SLR..5MP. Great camera.Smart Media and compact Flash equipped. I use an 8400mA battery pack that's good for 1,000 shots.

i have a fuji S5000 and love it! i'm by no means a professional, and i was really intimidated by this SLR-type digital, but i've really learned a lot about it and love its versatility. great pics, many features. great price! xD cards (which i like much better than the previous media cards fuji used).

Seems to be the right thread to introduce myself into this forum :)
Besides my beloved analogue SLR camera "Canon EOS 300N", I'm doing digital shots with either a small Sony Cybershot P-10 (5megs) or with my camcorder Sony DSC-TRV60, which includes a 2megs digital stills function. Both cameras are using the same MemoryStick Pro cards.
The P-10 was a great camera 15 month ago - and I still haven't worked out all its features - but there are definitely better choices out now. My next camera will be a digital Canon SLR, like the EOS 300D or better, that supports my existing AF lenses. Too expensive for the moment, though.

| I use a Nikon Coolpix 5400. It provides really good pictures and is fairly simple to use and not too large. |

I use a Kodak "point and shoot" CX6330 digital camera. 3.1 megapixels Looking forward to a Nikon D70 in the future. I've read a great review on it.

I have a Panasonic NV-DS77 which I`m happy with the results but since installing SP2 onto my P.C. (o/s WinXP home) my camera is not now recognised by my P.C. Have contacted both Microsoft and Panasonic about this problem but neither can assist in any way. Anyone with any ideas to solve this

Old standby a Olympus 2100uz with 10x optical zoom. Latest and current favorite Kodak dx 7440, 4x optical zoom and great optical view finder (not too keen on electronic viewfinders), very user friendly camera, compact and great 2.2" lcd finder on back.

I'm using a Sony DSC-P73. It's not a bad little camera... 4.1 MP and a 3x zoom. Compared to some of the other removable media I like working with Memory Sticks... I can switch it back and forth with my video camera.
It has a decent flash and good battery life, but it doesn't always do a good job with rapid motion or lighting in big spaces. Good for outdoor shots.

I have a Canon 20D and it is brilliant, couldn't be happier after using a 'point & shoot' powershot, then a Nikon Coolpix 5700 (hated it because of lag time), a Canon 300D wich was great but in the 8 months that I had it, it had to be returned to Canon 3 times Canon agreed to upgrade it at an agreed cost to the 20D and it is unbelievable! |

| I currently use a Nikon D50 and love it, regardless of the situation a great shot with plenty of advanced controls if you are inclined. I have been using the Nikon D100 and was very unhappy with the results. Images are dark and usually have a blue hue. It seems to be a problem that has since been corrected in the D70 and D50. |
